By visiting our website (witchwaymagicks.com), purchasing, booking, or receiving any services from Witchway Magicks (including psychic readings, spiritual mentorship, pre-recorded video messages, or related content, collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
 

1. Nature of Services – Entertainment and Inspiration Only

1.1 All Services are provided strictly for entertainment, personal reflection, and inspirational purposes. Readings are subjective interpretations based on intuition and tools (e.g., tarot, crystals or astrology) and have no scientific basis. 1.2 The Services do not constitute medical, psychological, health, financial, legal, investment, or any other professional advice. 1.3 You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the Services you engage with. Always consult qualified professionals for matters requiring expert guidance. 1.4 These Services are subject to consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). To the extent permitted by law, all other warranties are excluded.
 

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or receive Services. By booking or purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.
 

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable (we will register for GST if annual turnover exceeds the ATO threshold of $75,000). 3.2 International customers are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or currency conversion fees. 3.3 Payment is required in full before Services are delivered (unless a payment plan is expressly offered). 3.4 Payments are processed securely via PayPal or Stripe. Prices may change, but confirmed bookings are protected. 
 

4. Booking, Delivery, Cancellations, and Refunds

4.1 Live sessions: Full refund available if cancelled in writing more than 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable (subject to ACL rights). 4.2 Pre-recorded videos: Delivered via private/unlisted link within 2 business days of cleared payment. Delays due to illness, emergencies, or technical issues will be notified immediately, with options for a full refund or extended timeframe. 4.3 Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days (we do not cover third-party fees). 4.4 If a Service does not meet ACL guarantees (e.g., not provided with due care or skill), contact us for a remedy (refund, re-performance, or replacement). Your statutory rights under ACL or equivalent laws in your country are not affected.
 

5. Rescheduling

One free reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. Additional changes or short-notice requests are treated as cancellations.
 

6. Delivery of Pre-Recorded Readings

6.1 Videos are delivered via a private or unlisted link sent to your provided email. 6.2 Access depends on the hosting platform and your internet connection—we are not liable for third-party outages. 6.3 Links and videos are for your personal, non-commercial use only and must not be shared.
 

7. Recordings and Intellectual Property

7.1 All content created by Witchway Magicks is protected by copyright. 7.2 You may view and download your video for personal use, but you must not record, share, upload, distribute, or reproduce it without written permission, this applies to Spiritual/Magickal Mentorship type services.  
 

8. No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, outcomes, or predictions. Any testimonials are illustrative only and not representative.
 

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated after delivery, we may provide evidence of delivery (e.g., timestamps, links or any information/data neccissary to prove the service was delivered) to the payment provider and suspend future services. We encourage informal resolution of any issues.
 

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service. 10.2 We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, or events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., illness, platform outages, natural disasters). 10.3 Nothing excludes rights that cannot be limited under ACL or applicable consumer laws.
 

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
 

12. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use our Services or communications for inappropriate communications, harassment, threats, spam, or illegal purposes. We may terminate access and report serious misconduct.
 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. International customers may have additional rights under their local laws, which we will respect where reasonably practicable.
 

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
