We respect your privacy and want to be clear: we will not initiate contact with you to offer our services. Instead, you must directly request readings or mentorship sessions through the official Witchway Magicks website (www.witchwaymagicks.com).

All communications including booking confirmations, service details, and responses to inquiries will be handled exclusively through this website and the official email address listed at the bottom of this page. Payments are processed via PayPal, sent to witchwaymagicks@gmail.com, and all corresponding information will come from that same email address.

Contact details: Name and email address provided through our website contact form or during enquiries.
Service-related information: Personal details you share during readings or mentorship sessions to enable us to provide the services (this may include sensitive information such as personal beliefs or experiences).
Session recordings: Audio or video recordings of sessions (with your consent), which are shared with you via Mega.io links.
Website analytics: Anonymised usage data collected via Matomo analytics in private/anonymous mode. This data cannot be linked to individuals, and it is automatically deleted at the end of each month.

Any payment information via PayPal that may be provided to us via the standard payment process like reciepts and account statements that contain the transacional data, as per standard PayPal proceedure. 

We do not send marketing emails.

Automatically through Matomo cookie analytics on our website.
Recordings are stored on Mega.io.

Any communications and subsequent information associated with communicating with Witchway Magicks.

To respond to enquiries and deliver session recordings.

However, general engagement with serivces like email/Google/Mega.io (for video hosting) etc may require you to give them your name and email address in order to sign up. We are not responsible for their actions and ask that if you have any concerns that you view their privacy policies, terms and conditions on their official websites.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Personal information is kept only as long as necessary to provide services or meet legal obligations. Anonymised Matomo analytics data is deleted monthly.
